Totaling 8500m² ground floor area and comprising 600m² of cold storage space, 500m² dry goods warehousing, and 7400m² of refrigerated production areas and chills. Dedicated blast freezing and tempering facilities. With an additional 2000m2 fully air conditioned first floor office and amenity complex over the main production halls. | ||||||||

| A steel clad multi-portal framed structure, with composite insulated panel linings, polyurethane floor finishes to all production areas, stainless steel drainage, barriers and protection kerbs throughout. | |||||||||

The plant room housed the main refrigeration plant consisting of a central pack of five Sabroe industrial refrigeration compressors. | ||||||||
