Dedicated blast freezing and tempering facilities. With an additional 2000m2 fully air conditioned first floor office and amenity complex over the main production halls. | |||||||||

| A steel clad multi-portal framed structure, with composite insulated panel linings, polyurethane floor finishes to all production areas, stainless steel drainage, barriers and protection kerbs throughout. | |||||||||
| The plant room housed the main refrigeration plant consisting of a central pack of five Sabroe industrial refrigeration compressors. | |||||||||
